Now Hiring – Senior Accountant
Exempt: Salary
Rate: $65,000 Annually
Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

As Senior Accountant, you will be reporting directly to the Controller. You will be key to the ongoing transformation of our company, aiding in the daily accounting process, and working with all departments and all business systems. You will be involved with Marketing, Sales, Accounting, and Operations, and will aid in the development of all business systems and processes.
What you will be doing:
- Assist with the monthly close process. Perform the financial queries, calculations, and reporting necessary to assemble data for journal entry uploads.
- Utilize the billing, banking, and inventory systems to accurately record financial activity in the general ledger.
- Assist with the Treasury Function.
- Perform monthly bank account reconciliations for multiple bank accounts.
- Maintain cash status reports for senior leadership.
- Assist with Trust, Tax, and Regulatory reporting for 5 states.
- Calculate sales and use tax liability and prepare sales tax returns.
- Calculate and Manage Property tax returns.
- Assist with business privilege tax returns.
- Aid in the Preparation of annual 1099 submission.
- Identify unclaimed property and prepare unclaimed property returns.
- Perform financial analytics and other duties as needed.
- Travel less than 10%, to other offices in PA, OH, MD, NC, SC.
- Report daily to our office Monday through Friday. Remote work may be possible.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/Finance/Business.
- Two years experience working with an ERP system in a Non-Profit, Manufacturing, Service, and Distribution environment.
- General Accounting Experience, Closing, Journal Entries, Reconciliations, and Audit Support.
- ERP (NetSuite) experience is highly preferred.
- Trust Experience is a plus.
- Personal drive to achieve company goals.
